LUNASIE Bianco di Pitigliano DOC
Lunasie, an ancient Etruscan word that refers to the lunar calendar and the slow passage of time linked to the rhythm of the earth and the seasons, and that gives its name to this blend, a typical expression of our territory, produced with Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia grapes.

TASTING NOTES
Limpid, it appears with bright straw-yellow color. Fruity and mineral, the aroma is fresh and savory on the palate, a peculiarity linked to the composition of the volcanic soil.
Trebbiano Toscano: exceptionally vigorous vine, the Tuscan Trebbiano bunch is cylindrical and winged, large, with medium-sized berries and a fairly thick skin.
Malvasia Puntinata: medium, pyramidal, winged vine. The berry is quite small, rounded with a medium-thick skin.
Procanico: biotype of Trebbiano Toscano, is characterized by oblong clusters, serrate, composed of berries minutes, round, hard skin, white with shades of amber and pink.
MATCHES
It goes perfectly with all courses, from aperitif to main courses, through hot and cold first courses. Perfect also for a moment of relaxation, after a day of work.
