To produce the "Griso 19-91 Coffee Liqueur" were used the coffee beans of the "19-91 La Storica" coffee blend that has received the gold medal in 2018 from the International Coffee Tasting.
Liquor is produced for us in Asti by the award-winning distillery "Beccaris".
The coffee beans are infused for several days in the "Beccaris' Nebbiolo Grappa" using the pomace, residue of the pressing of the grapes consisting of bunches, skins, and seeds.
